Subscriptions & billing
SunUp Pro is billed through Apple. To cancel, change plans, or request a refund, use
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
For billing issues Apple cannot resolve, email us with your Apple ID email and a
description of the problem.
Alarms & dismiss tasks
Make sure SunUp has permission to schedule alarms and send notifications. Check
Settings → SunUp in iOS and confirm your dismiss task is configured
for each alarm.
Sleep tracking
Sleep tracking requires microphone access. Audio is analyzed on-device and never
recorded. If tracking stops unexpectedly, confirm microphone permission is enabled and
Low Power Mode is not interfering with overnight analysis.
